Here at GIZMANIA we offer a 60 day returns policy that commences upon the day you receive your goods. Within this time you can return your unused goods for refund or exchange.
We will NOT accept returns if:
- The item has been visibly used.
- The item is marked or dirty in any way.
- The packaging has been lost, thrown away or damaged.
- The item has been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging.
- The item is over the 60 day returns period (which expires on the day you ship out the item not on the day we receive it).
- The invoice (or any other prove of payment) is missing.
Where do I send my items?
Please do not put any tape or labels directly on to the product packaging as this will damage the packaging and cause the product to be unsaleable.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We refund / ship new items immediately after we have received the goods.
As for refund: In case you originally made wire transfer we will need your IBAN and SWIFT to be able to refund. Shipping cost to be covered by the customer.
