Aluminium Handlebars

With the same dimensions, aluminum handlebars will weigh 900 g, CrMo handlebars 1,200 g, and titanium handlebars 700 g.

In terms of the "weight/price" ratio, aluminum handlebars offer great value. However, their downside is relatively lower strength. To compensate for this, aluminum handlebars have thicker walls compared to CrMo or titanium handlebars.

For added durability, most aluminum handlebars come in a Y-shape. They are best suited for riders under 50 kg or those with a very clean riding style.
